Our portfolio spans across multifamily residential, mixed-use commercial and land lots. We focus on acquiring and repositioning distressed assets in high-growth areas to raise the desirability and command above market rents. We define “high-growth” as areas that are well connected to public transportation and employment centers, have a dynamic retail landscape and are desirable for the creative economy.
