Rahat holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from RIT, and a graduate certificate in Real Estate Finance from the NYU Schack Institute. Rahat co-founded his first company, Le Ciel Partners in Buffalo, NY in 2011. After gaining corporate management experience, he founded Kamal Companies to continue his real estate entrepreneurial career in Nicetown-Tioga, Philadelphia.

Justin discovered his passion for real estate while working as a public accountant at PwC. Then, we worked at Argo Property Group, a real estate design and development company based in Philadelphia. Justin has actively invested in single-family flips, raised money for real estate deals and lent privately to real estate professionals. His hands-on, real estate experience coupled with his knowledge of accounting, finance and tax allows for a full 360 degree view of every prospective investment.

ANI SANYAL

Ani Sanyal is a creative entrepreneur who works at the intersection of business and culture. He manages a portfolio of companies which include a creative agency, a real estate investment firm, a chai company and more.

As a real estate investor, Ani focuses on multifamily residential units in the Tri-state area. His investment thesis is part qualitative and part quantitative as he believes in “following the artists” when evaluating potential investments. He is also a globally recognized TEDx speaker and educator.
